BOOK LAUNCH: Unfiltered Thoughts of a Future Mother | The Race to Pink Lines

I accidentally wrote my first book.

I think everyone knows by now that I’m pregnant, but before the two pink lines and happy baby bump pictures there was deep grief.

Unfiltered Thoughts of a Future Mother: The Race to Pink Lines

My husband and I didn’t get pregnant immediately. We praise God we didn’t struggle with infertility and have not wrestled with loss, but from the very first negative test, the air of uncertainty was choking.

Through my experience, I realized there were a lot of women walking the same path as me, ashamed to admit their thoughts and hiding behind a vulnerable smile.

If you’ve ever experienced the lonely in-between of waiting for pink lines and wondering if they’ll ever show, no matter if your story is different from mine, I pray my personal collection of 25 heartfelt, rough around the edges, honest journal entries will offer a sliver of hope. Or even just a relatable read.

Unfiltered Thoughts of a Future Mother: The Race to Pink Lines

Blurb:

Autumn Rebecca has released her personal collection of 25 heartfelt, rough around the edges, honest journal entries about the first year of trying to conceive. It’s where doubt and confusion run rampant while well-meaning family and friends say, “Nothing is wrong until a year of trying.”

If your emotions are heavy, but you feel the only place for them to go is heavenward, enjoy cracking open a book that knows how it is.

If you have experienced the lonely in-between of waiting for two pink lines and wondering if they’ll ever show, the remnants of prayers and thoughts within these pages will undoubtedly strum a cord. Two-thousand-something words have never felt so validating.

A Sneak Peek Between the Pages

If you’re looking for a small sneak peek into what to expect from this 42-page book, I’ve included two of my journal entries!

My thoughts are formatted kind of like poetry, but I want to clarify this is not poetry by any means—unless unfiltered, brutally honest thoughts and prayers count as a form of poetry.

Want a digital copy of my book? It’s only $2.99, and if you buy now, you can use the code LAUNCH for 30% off!

Thank you for all your support in my endeavors! ❤️
