Well, Christmas is nearing on us and time for shopping is quickly slipping into the abyss. With that, it can be hard to find the perfect gift for the Christian woman in your life before time runs out.
Every “gift idea” article lists things that lack purpose and meaningfulness. You don’t want to get her a mug (again). You want to get her something that warms her heart and shows how much you care.
As somebody that is surrounded by girls (and am one), I decided to put together a list of gift ideas that actually make sense!
Gifts That Speak to Her Soul
The most important thing for a Christian woman is to keep her spirit strong. Any of the below gifts will help her journey with Christ be more fulfilled and fruitful.
A Journaling Bible
Your loved one probably has a Bible, but do they have a journaling Bible? There is something exciting about being able to easily take notes as you read. It may not be for everyone, but it is definitely something to look into.
The above picture is from the She Reads Truth CSB journaling Bible, and I love it! However, I have my eye on this New King James Version. It has large print, red letters, and a beautiful layout. 😍
Prayer Journal
Every Christian should have a journal for prayers. Even if we don’t use it often, it is a way to see God work in our lives. As we look back through our old prayers, we realize just how many of them God has answered.
As I have shared before, my all-time favorite prayer journal is Moonster’s leather bound one. However, if you are on a smaller budget, Dollar Tree also sells some cute journals that will do the same exact thing. The price of a gift isn’t as important as the heart of the giver. 😉
Devotionals by Daily Grace Co.
All of the devotionals I have read from Daily Grace Co. have been amazing. They are packed full of information worthy of sharing.

They don’t just share someone else’s opinion; they help people understand the Bible from a Biblical perspective.
Psalms Coloring Book
While I haven’t purchased this specific coloring book before, it had great reviews. Need something easier on the eyes? Check out this large print coloring book instead!

Not only can coloring in Bible verses remind her of some needed truths, but it can also help her decompress. Speaking of decompressing, let’s move onto our next category….
Gifts That Will Lift the Weight Off Her Shoulders
Whether the woman in your life is a mom, sister, wife, or girlfriend, these gifts will have her sighing with relief. You can’t go wrong with presenting a girl the gift of comfort.
Warm Beverages Make the Heart Happy
It is a no-brainer that almost every woman loves a warm beverage. For me, that warm beverage is tea. (Give me allll the tea.) For my mom, it’s two or three cups of coffee a day.

If you know a girl’s favorite warm beverage, you know how to make her smile. Simply buy her a sampler pack of it.
From a tea-lovers perspective, try this Twinings sampler. For coffee, I’ve heard these Starbucks flavors are pretty tasty.
Therapy Dough
I have never tried therapy dough, but I hear it can be quite relaxing. If you know your loved one deals with a lot of anxiety, this might make a great addition to their life.

It looks like playdough to me, but apparently it is supposed to smell better. Then again, the smell of playdough might be hard to beat. Who else loves the smell of that childhood dough?
Epsom Salt Gift Set
Again, I haven’t tried this product, but it has great reviews and looks exciting. I might need it for myself!

This is a great gift for the Christian woman who also enjoys a spa-like experience without leaving her home. Make sure she isn’t sensitive to any fragrances, though. Nobody wants to have an allergy breakout for Christmas.
‘Tis the Season for Apparel
I love receiving gifts like clothing and jewelry. It is such a precious thing to me. Plus, it gives me an opportunity to amp up my style.
Jesus is King Hoodie
I don’t know about you, but I love wearing apparel that reminds me of my priorities or the way I should act. This hoodie does exactly that.

It is a reminder that we needn’t worry because God is King. Since it’s unisex, it is also perfect for the Christian man in your life! Who doesn’t love a cozy hoodie?
An Arrow Ring
My arrow ring is one of my most prized pieces of jewelry. To a lot of people, it is just a ring, but when you know the meaning behind the sterling silver, it changes things.

To me, the arrow represents my life. Hurdles will challenge me—even scare me—but God will guide my feet where they need to go. He is the ultimate archer. I may fear the future, but I don’t have to. Why? Because God always hits the bullseye.
Pura Vida Bracelet
Remember how I said my arrow ring is only one of my most prized pieces of jewelry? This is where my Pura Vida bracelet comes in.

My dad bought me my first Pura Vida bracelet when we were in an island shop together. When the first one started falling apart after a lot of wear and tear, he bought me my second one (in above pictures) in Texas. Now, I view them as a symbol of Daddy’s love for me.
Aside from the sweet father & daughter sentimentality, these bracelets are simply beautiful! They are unique and fun. Plus, maybe it is just me, but bracelets are extra special gifts. It is nice to be able to carry a present with you wherever you go.
Specialized Gifts That Will Make Them Smile
Yes, bracelets and warm beverages are amazing, but perhaps the Christian woman in your life would enjoy something that is more personalized. If so, the below gift ideas might do the trick.
A Portrait for the Pet Lover
These customized portraits are created by one of my favorite bloggers, Allison. Look how adorable this dog portrait is!

However, the woman in your life might be more of a family lover than pet lover. If that’s the case, check out the next item.
Photo Collage Blanket
Here is an option that will 99% make any woman smile. It is pricey, but it would definitely be worth the smile it would bring to her face.

I haven’t bought one of these blankets myself, but the reviews tell me it has great gifting potential. What do you think?
Something Made by You
Last but not least, the most special gift you can give a woman is something made by you. I know it can be hard to come up with something to create though, so here are a few ideas.
- A short story or poem. You could even frame it!
- A wood piece/sign (put those woodworking talents into use).
- Baked goods.
- Knitted blanket, socks, gloves, or doily.
- Slideshow of their friends and family with personalized messages from them all.
- Buy them groceries. It may not be something made by you, but it is certainly a gift from the heart.
- Write and play them a song.
If you don’t have the money or ability to give a physical gift, try a big hug and vocalizing your appreciation for them. You can even complete a task for them. Gifts are awesome, but I know some people (like my mom) who prefer to be shown they are loved and appreciated through words and actions.
Conclusion
Christmas isn’t about gifts. It is about Jesus–his birth and life on earth. However, gifts are a way to celebrate the holiday and symbolize the way the wise men brought baby Jesus gifts.
Whatever you choose to buy or make your loved one, make sure they know you care about them. That their spiritual, physical, and mental health is a big deal to you. Gifts cannot prove these things to said person, but they can make them smile.
Oohh, I love this list!!
